High School Clubs

The Orange County Drowning Prevention Coalition High School Club program is an integral part of curriculum delivery. Our High School clubs work to represent their schools locally at community events and onsite at local elementary schools. High School students participate in at least one arm of the High School Club program.

The three opportunities include:

  1. Attendance and representation of the Orange County Drowning Prevention Coalition at local community events
  2. School presentations to local elementary school children within their communities.
  3. Participation in one regional event annually to raise awareness of the risks of drowning.

The Orange County Drowning Prevention Coalition provides the tools necessary for students to be successful in their communities so that the club participants may focus on providing effective drowning prevention education within their communities.
