The task force includes the heads of public health, public safety, government, nonprofit, victims, swim schools, and Olympic medal-winning swimmers.
Drowning is the leading cause of death in kids under five in the OC. Three children die every day as a result of drowning. Our goal is help families become more aware of prevention measures so we can stop losing any more lives to drowning.
The Orange County Fire Authority’s ABCs offer three simple but vital steps to drowning prevention:

C - Classes
Our campaign is getting the word out about drowning prevention to as many people as possible across Orange County via online public service announcements (PSAs). Our campaign runs multi-language PSAs to remind people to always watch their children near water. Here are a few that you can use for yourself, your family and friends, or your organization:
